The Deccan Odyssey is a luxury five-star train operating since 2004, designed to offer an experience akin to the renowned Palace on Wheels. It provides a royal journey through the Western Ghats, Konkan Coast, and Deccan Plateau.

Guests can choose from six distinct 7-night, 8-day itineraries: Maharashtra Splendor, Indian Odyssey, Indian Sojourn, Heritage Odyssey, Cultural Odyssey, and Maharashtra-a Wild Trail. These journeys cover a wide range of destinations including Mumbai, Goa, Nashik, Ajanta-Ellora caves, Kolhapur, Sindhudurg, Sawai Madhopur, Agra, Udaipur, Jaipur, Vadodara, Palitana, Gir, Little Rann of Kutch, Modhera, Bijapur, Aihole, Pattadakal, Hampi, Hyderabad, and Delhi, depending on the selected itinerary.

Accommodation options within the ten coaches include presidential suites and deluxe cabins, ensuring a luxurious stay. Onboard amenities feature two restaurants, a fully stocked bar, a spa, a mini-gym, a parlor, a library, and various entertainment activities and music for guests' enjoyment.
