The Maharajas’ Express boasts of the most luxurious accommodation for its guests. Deluxe cabins in the Maharajas’ Express are named after precious stones such as Akik, Firoza, Katela, Beruzi and Pitoniya, each with its distinctive character. The train has 20 deluxe cabins. Of these 12 are fitted with twin beds and 8 have double beds. Richly royal furnishings endow each cabin with a royal look and feel. Guests enjoy personally controllable air conditioning, live TV and DVD player to watch movies of their choice, direct dialling international telephone facility and wi-fi internet facility as well as channel music. Each deluxe cabin has its own attached bath with shower and hot/cold running water. A personal attendant is always on call. Treated like royalty, each guest is provided bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer and a complete set of toiletries of the highest quality.
